It had magnificent and incredible location, right by train stations and bus stations, paignton for the annual BMAD weekend which is also worth a visit as is the Pirate weekend in nearby Brixham, and Near to the sea.

A very nice stay for the 2 nights. Stunning location of the hotel happy to stay again next time we are in the Paignton area. Based right by beach, town, train and bus station about 5mins away, and seafront and wonderful owners. Good bar on-site, neat and airy room with a King-size bed, toiletries, the bedroom. 200 metres away there is Cup Cake Cafe, where you can dine. The setting was just a walk down to everything we wanted to visit, like paignton beach. It took 10 minutes to reach Fairy Cove on foot. We liked staying at ashleigh guesthouse.
